The Bride Collection includes 10 Keepsake Credits, each redeemable for one custom 8" × 10" hand-illustrated wedding gown keepsake, beautifully created and packaged for your boutique to present to your bride.
After purchasing your Bride Collection, you'll receive an email with your exclusive Keepsake Credit code and a private link for submitting illustration requests. As each bride says “Yes,” simply visit the link, submit her gown details and reference photos, and redeem one Keepsake Credit at checkout.

How your Keepsake Credits work
Your exclusive code may be redeemed for up to 10 Bride Keepsakes. You do not need to select all 10 gowns when purchasing your Opening Collection. Instead, redeem your credits individually as your brides say “Yes.”

How many illustrations are included?
This collection includes 10 custom 5" × 7" wedding gown illustrations, beautifully hand-created and elegantly packaged, ready to gift to your brides. You choose the gown styles as your brides say "yes."
Can I choose which gown styles are illustrated?
Yes! As each bride says "yes" to her dress, simply submit the designer name, style number, and reference photos through your Boutique Partner account. Every illustration is created specifically for that bride's chosen gown.
How do Keepsake Credits work?
Your collection includes 10 Keepsake Credits, allowing you to redeem one custom gown illustration each time a bride finds her dress. Simply log into your Boutique Partner account, submit the gown details, and enter your unique Keepsake Credit at checkout. Once your credits have been redeemed, you can continue ordering illustrations anytime using your exclusive Partner Pricing.
Do the credits expire?
No. Your Keepsake Credits never expire. We simply ask that illustration requests be submitted approximately 2–3 weeks before you'd like to present the keepsake to your bride.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Absolutely! Once you've redeemed your Keepsake Credits, simply log into your Boutique Partner account to purchase additional illustration credits anytime using your exclusive Partner Pricing.
How long does each illustration take?
Each illustration is thoughtfully created by hand and is typically completed within 2–3 weeks of receiving your order. As a Bridal Keepsake Program partner, we'll work with your boutique's gown arrival timeline to help ensure each keepsake is ready for presentation at the perfect moment.
Where are the illustrations shipped?
Illustrations are beautifully packaged and shipped directly to your boutique, ready to present to your bride. If you'd like us to ship directly to the bride, just let us know when placing your order.
Can brides upgrade?
Yes! Brides may upgrade to a larger size or choose a Bridal Portrait Illustration at any time. Simply emailtina@keepsakecouture.com, and we'll create a personalized upgrade order.
Can we host live sketching events?
Absolutely! We'd love to partner with your boutique to create a memorable live sketching experience for your brides. Whether you're hosting a trunk show, designer event, or boutique celebration, Tina would be delighted to collaborate with you. Simply submit an event inquiry, and we'll be in touch within 1–2 business days to discuss availability and next steps.
