KEEPSAKE COUTURE REFUND POLICY:

At Keepsake Couture, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom illustrations and personalized gifts that capture the unique essence of your special moments. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: All custom illustration orders require a non-refundable deposit, which covers initial consultations and design drafts. This deposit ensures that our artists can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your project.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for custom illustrations are only available under the following conditions:

  • Artwork Not Started: If you cancel your order before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Dissatisfaction with Initial Draft: If you are not satisfied with the initial draft of the custom illustration and choose not to proceed, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit and any materials costs incurred.

3. No Refunds After Approval: Once you approve the final draft of your custom illustration, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the personalized nature of the artwork.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective illustration, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund.

PRINT ON DEMAND THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for gift products (such as mugs, pillows, candles, tote bags, insulated cups, etc.) ordered from our website are available under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Change of Mind: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before placing your order.

2. Return Process: To request a refund or replacement, please email us at tina@keepsakecouture.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)

3. Return Shipping: For returns due to incorrect or defective items, Keepsake Couture will cover the cost of return shipping. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer support team.

4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
