4. Custom Illustrations and Gift Products
4.1 Description: Keepsake Couture specializes in custom bridal illustrations, live event sketching, and personalized gifts. All custom illustrations are unique and created based on the specifications provided by you.
4.2 Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom illustrations or gift products unless there is a defect in the product. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping: We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
5.2 Delivery: Keepsake Couture is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
