KEEPSAKE COUTURE CUSTOM ILLUSTRATION SHIPPING POLICY: 

At Keepsake Couture, we pride ourselves on delivering exquisite, bespoke custom illustrations with care and attention to detail. Below are the terms and conditions for shipping your custom Keepsake Couture orders.

  • Order Fulfillment Timeline
    • Custom illustration orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days after the artwork has been approved by the client. 
    • Once shipped, standard USPS delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination. 
    • Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact tina@keepsakecouture.com prior to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing for expedited services.  
  • Shipping Carriers and Tracking
    • Keepsake Couture uses USPS as the primary carrier for custom illustration orders.
    • On occasion, we may use alternative carriers such as UPS or FedEx depending on package size, weight, or specific customer requirements. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
  • Shipping Costs
    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.  
  • Lost or Damaged Items
    • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact tina@keepsakecouture.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when possible, provide a replacement or refund.  

KEEPSAKE COUTURE PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS FULFILLED BY THIRD PARTY SHIPPING POLICY:

Keepsake Couture collaborates with trusted third-party partners to bring you high-quality, print-on-demand gift products featuring our custom artwork. Below are the shipping terms and conditions for these items.

  • Order Fulfillment Timeline
    • Print-on-demand orders are processed and fulfilled by our third-party partners within 5-7 business days of purchase. 
    • Shipping timelines vary by product and destination but typically range between 5-10 business days for domestic delivery.
  • Shipping Carriers and Tracking
    • All print-on-demand products are shipped directly from the third-party provider's facilities. 
    • Shipping carriers and tracking details are determined by the provider and will be sent to you via email once the order has shipped.  
  • Shipping Costs
    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product dimensions, and selected shipping method.  
  • Production and Shipping Delays
    • Keepsake Couture is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party production process, high order volumes, or shipping carrier delays.
    • However, we will make every effort to communicate any known delays and assist in resolving issues.  
  • Lost or Damaged Items
    • If your print-on-demand product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at tina@keepsakecouture.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • While Keepsake Couture does not directly handle fulfillment, we will work with the third-party provider to resolve the issue.  

FOR ALL ORDERS:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. Keepsake Couture is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
