Order Fulfillment Timeline
- Custom illustration orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days after the artwork has been approved by the client.
- Once shipped, standard USPS delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination.
- Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact tina@keepsakecouture.com prior to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing for expedited services.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking
- Keepsake Couture uses USPS as the primary carrier for custom illustration orders.
- On occasion, we may use alternative carriers such as UPS or FedEx depending on package size, weight, or specific customer requirements. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Items

- Shipping carriers and tracking details are determined by the provider and will be sent to you via email once the order has shipped.

- Keepsake Couture is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party production process, high order volumes, or shipping carrier delays.
