Do boutiques purchase the illustrations or do brides?
Our program is designed to be flexible. Many bridal boutiques choose to purchase the illustrations as a thoughtful gift to celebrate the moment a bride says "Yes," while others offer them as an optional keepsake available for purchase. We're happy to help you determine which approach best fits your boutique and client experience.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. The Bridal Keepsake Program offers exclusive wholesale pricing designed specifically for bridal boutiques.
Can we order illustrations one at a time?
Yes. Whether you're ordering a single keepsake or participating in one of our wholesale packages, we're here to support your boutique's needs.
When should boutiques place an order?
We recommend placing the order shortly after the bride says "Yes" to her gown. This gives us plenty of time to create the illustration and deliver it before the bride's final fitting or gown pickup, making it a memorable surprise at one of the final milestones in her bridal journey.
Do I need professional photos of the gown?
Not at all. Most boutiques simply upload a few photos from the bride's appointment along with the gown designer and style information. We'll take care of the rest.
Can illustrations be personalized?
Absolutely. Depending on the collection selected, illustrations can be personalized with the bride's name, wedding date, or other meaningful details. We'd love to help you create a keepsake that's as unique as her wedding day.
How long does each illustration take?
Each illustration is thoughtfully created by hand, and typically is completed within 2–3 weeks from the time your order is placed. For boutiques participating in our Bridal Keepsake Program, we'll work with your gown arrival timeline to ensure each keepsake is ready for presentation at the perfect moment.
How are illustrations packaged?
Every illustration is beautifully presented in our signature Keepsake Couture packaging, thoughtfully designed to create a memorable unboxing experience. Our keepsakes arrive ready for gifting or presentation, making them a meaningful addition to your boutique's bridal experience.
Can boutiques schedule live sketching events?
Yes! Live sketching events are a wonderful way to create excitement in your boutique and celebrate brides during trunk shows, designer events, or special appointment days. We'd be happy to discuss availability, travel, and how we can create a memorable experience tailored to your boutique.
