How does the Bridal Keepsake Program Work?
Once your boutique joins the Bridal Keepsake Program, you'll receive Keepsake Credits that can be redeemed for custom illustrations as your brides say “Yes.” Simply submit the bride or gown details through your partner account, and we'll create the illustration by hand and send it beautifully packaged to your boutique, ready to present to your bride.
When should we order the illustration?
We recommend submitting your Keepsake shortly after the bride says “Yes,” once her gown has been ordered. Simply let us know when you'd like the illustration in-store, and we'll coordinate production with your timeline so it can be ready for a meaningful moment such as her final fitting or gown pickup.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the time we receive the completed illustration request and reference materials. If you're working toward a specific gown arrival, fitting or pickup date, simply include that date with your request.
What's the difference between a Gown Keepsake and a Bride Keepsake?
Gown Illustrations celebrate the wedding gown itself through a hand rendered interpretation of the dress, on a dress form. Bride Illustrations are custom fashion illustration that capture the beauty of the bride in her complete bridal look. Boutiques may offer either style or a combination of both.
How does the bride receive her Keepsake?
Finished Keepsakes are shipped beautifully packaged to your boutique, ready for you to present to the bride. Many of our partners choose a meaningful moment such as her final fitting or gown pickup to surprise her.
What happens when we've used our Keepsake Credits?
When you're ready for more, simply purchase another collection of Keepsake Credits through your Boutique Partner account. Your new credits will be added to your account so your team can continue submitting illustrations as needed.
Do you offer territory protection?
Yes. We thoughtfully limit Boutique Partnerships within designated markets to help protect the value of the program for our retail partners. Territory availability is reviewed as part of the Boutique Partner Application process.
Do I need professional photos of the gown?
Not at all. Most boutiques simply upload a few photos from the bride's appointment along with the gown details. We'll take care of the rest.
Can boutiques schedule live sketching events?
Yes! Live sketching events are a wonderful way to create excitement in your boutique and celebrate brides during trunk shows, designer events, or special appointment days. We'd be happy to discuss availability, travel, and how we can create a memorable experience tailored to your boutique.
