Custom Illustration (for Amanda)

This listing is for the payment for the following:

Product Description:

• Vision & Style: This order is for 1 custom Illustrations, of an expecting mother and father. The illustration will be inspired by photographs provided by the client.
• While I strive to replicate the photos with artistic precision, please note that this illustration is an artistic interpretation and will not be an exact replica.
• Size: 8”x 6” framed artwork 
• Materials: markers, pencils & ink on white card stock

Terms & Conditions:

1) Order Process:

• The Illustration process will begin upon receipt of the full payment and the reference images.
• Final artwork due and sent out the week of 6/15.

2) Reference Photos:

• By providing reference photos, you certify that you have the right to use them, and they are not copyrighted property of a professional photographer.

3) Artistic Process Documentation:

• I have your permission to capture video and photos of my artistic process, for promotional purposes, on social media and our website.

4) Delivery and Shipping:

• No shipping cost applied since package will be hand delivered to client at agreed upon location.

5) Timeframe:

• The timeline for completion of your custom illustration will be communicated during the order process and is subject to change based on workload and complexity.

6) Satisfaction Guarantee:

• I am committed to delivering a product that meets or exceeds your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your illustration, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential resolutions.

7) Copyright and Ownership:

• The custom illustration remains the intellectual property of Keepsake Couture.
• You may use the illustration for personal use and display, but commercial use, reproduction, or distribution for profit is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8) Liability:

• While I take utmost care in creating your custom illustration, Keepsake Couture shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising from the use or display of the illustration.
