• We avoid overly detailed facial features, but may include a cute eye lash for women and capture the masculine jaw line and facial hair for men.
  
• Please note that we solely focus on drawing the individuals in your photo; background elements will not be included.
• Please ensure that your photograph is high resolution and shows each person from head to toe.
• We kindly ask that you only submit one photo reference per illustration.
• Pillow is double sided with the same artwork, unless customer specifies otherwise.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.
