Custom Digital Fashion Illustration

This listing is for one custom digital Fashion Illustration. 

Terms & Conditions:

1) Order Process & Timeline:

• The Illustration process will begin upon receipt of the payment and reference images.
• A first draft will be provided within 7 days. Client and Keepsake Couture includes two draft review sessions for feedback prior to final completion of the illustrations. Additional edits outside the two included may be subject to additional fees based on time to complete any requested changes.
• When final artwork is complete, a link to download the digital file (PNG) will be sent.

2) Reference Photos:

• By providing reference photos, Client certifies their right to use them, and they are not copyrighted property of another party.

3) Artistic Process Documentation:

• Keepsake Couture may capture video and photos of the artistic process for promotional purposes, on social media, website, and related areas.

4) Copyright:

• Keepsake Couture retains copyright of all original illustrations and may reuse, adapt, or repurpose the Artwork for any purpose related to Keepsake Couture’s business. 
• Client may use the illustrations for personal use and display on their website, but reproduction, additional commercial use, or distribution for profit is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.  A separate licensing agreement may be entered into if client wishes to pursue those options
• Keepsake Couture  assumes no ownership rights of client’s fashion designs, patterns, and related intellectual property
