Product Description:

• Vision & Style: This order is for a custom Illustration of husband and wife on their wedding day. The illustration will be inspired by the photographs provided by the client.  Per the client’s request, this Illustration will include their wedding date and favorite color, Sea-foam Green.
• While I strive to replicate your gown with artistic precision, please note that this illustration is an artistic interpretation and may not be an exact replica.
• Size: 8 ½” x 11” artwork carefully secured in an 11x14” white shadow box frame
• Materials: 100% recycled toned tan paper with mixed media artwork (markers, pencils, ink)

Terms & Conditions:

1) Order Process:

• The Illustration process will begin upon receipt of the 30% deposit.
• Within one week, I will provide you with 2-3 rough draft options based on your reference photos.
• After your selection, I will move forward with the final artwork, which will be submitted via email for your approval.
• After the final artwork is approved and the remaining balance is paid, I will arrange shipment of your order.

2) Reference Photos:

• By providing reference photos, you certify that you have the right to use them, and they are not copyrighted property of your wedding photographer.

3) Artistic Process Documentation:

• I have your permission to capture video and photos of my artistic process, for promotional purposes, on social media and our website.

4) Delivery and Shipping:

• Your completed custom bridal illustration will be shipped to the address you provided via email.
• Shipping costs are included within the total cost quoted.

5) Timeframe:

• The timeline for completion of your custom bridal illustration will be communicated during the order process and is subject to change based on workload and complexity.

6) Satisfaction Guarantee:

• I am committed to delivering a product that meets or exceeds your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your illustration, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential resolutions.

7) Copyright and Ownership:

• The custom bridal illustration remains the intellectual property of Keepsake Couture.
• You may use the illustration for personal use and display, but commercial use, reproduction, or distribution for profit is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8) Liability:

• While I take utmost care in creating your custom bridal illustration, Keepsake Couture shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising from the use or display of the illustration.
