We capture a quick reference photo of each guest who wishes to be sketched, using it to create their fun and stylish fashion illustration. I only draw from photos that we take during the event, and those sketches are completed live throughout the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Any unfinished sketches will be completed with care after the event and mailed to you, along with an equal count of sturdy mailers - perfect for including in your thank-you cards.

We ask 1-2 people maximum, per page. No repeats (to ensure all guests who want to be sketched, get sketched).

Each illustration takes about 10-12 minutes per person

(minimum of 20 minutes for two people in one sketch).

I use premium markers, pens and pencils, so there is no dry time (like with paint).

I take a more fashion illustration approach and try to capture the essence of each guest, focusing on their hair, outfit, and accessories.

For women, I like to add a cute eye lash and a smile, and for men I try to capture their facial hair and masculine jaw line.

That is up to you! From our experience, about 75% of guests wish to be sketched, which is reflected in our package offering. We recommend choosing a package with a predetermined sketch count. Any unfinished sketches will be carefully completed post-event and sent to you - perfect for including in your thank-you cards!

Any extra sketches beyond the agreed amount will cost $25 per person. The host will be notified of the additional charge and asked for approval before proceeding with the sketches.

Absolutely! We would love to sketch the beautiful couple either before or after the event.

Email tina@keepsakecouture.com to confirm I am available on your event date. Then, to officially book my services, I require a 30% deposit and signed agreement.

Our goal is to finish the remaining sketches within 3-4 weeks post your wedding date. We'll notify you promptly in case of any delays beyond that timeframe.
