Custom Illustration Balance (Ryann)

This listing is for the deposit payment for the following:

Product Description:

• Vision & Style: This order is for 1 custom Illustration of client's brother in law and his wife. The illustration will be inspired by the photographs provided by the client to Keepsake Couture.
• While I strive to replicate the bride & groom with artistic precision, please note that this illustration is an artistic interpretation and may not be an exact replica.
• Size: 11”x11" artwork mounted in 14"x14" frame
• Materials:TBD paper with mixed media artwork (markers, pencils, ink). 

Terms & Conditions:

1) Order Process:

• Within 3-5 days from making down payment, I will provide a digital rough draft for you to approve and make any comments.
• After receiving your feedback, I will move forward with the final artwork.
• After the final artwork is approved and the remaining balance is paid, we will arrange date, time, and location to meet in person to hand over artwork.

2) Artistic Process Documentation:

• I have your permission to capture video and photos of my artistic process, for promotional purposes, on social media and our website.

3) Delivery and Shipping:

• No shipping cost included since this order will be handed over to client in person.

4) Timeframe:

• Goal completion date is 9/20/2024.  
  

5) Satisfaction Guarantee:

• I am committed to delivering a product that meets or exceeds your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your illustration, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential resolutions.

6) Copyright and Ownership:

• The custom bridal illustration remains the intellectual property of Keepsake Couture.
• You may use the illustration for personal use and display, but commercial use, reproduction, or distribution for profit is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7) Liability:

• While I take utmost care in creating your custom illustration, Keepsake Couture shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising from the use or display of the illustration.
